A Collaboration Between Diamonds In The Rough Foundation & Bekoli Bilingual School
At Diamonds In The Rough Foundation, we believe that every individual has the potential to achieve greatness—they just need the right guidance and support. Founded with the mission to empower aspiring leaders, entrepreneurs, and professionals, our organization provides mentorship, education, and technical skill development to help individuals navigate their career paths with confidence.
Our journey began when Shennetta Smith, the Founder and CEO, recognized a gap in accessible mentorship opportunities for those who wanted to pursue entrepreneurial, academic, or technical careers. Understanding the challenges that many face in finding mentorship, resources, and career guidance, Diamonds In The Rough Foundation was established to bridge that gap.
